  • Progress tracking and performance analytics
User Accounts

Account Creation

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • One person or entity may maintain only one account

Account Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
  • You may not share your account credentials with others
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms

Payment and Billing

  • We offer both free and paid tiers of our Service
  • Free tier includes basic features and limited usage
  • Paid tiers provide additional features and unlimited usage
  • Pricing and features are subject to change with notice

Billing Terms

  • Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
  • If approved, refunds will be credited to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time
  • Access to paid features continues until the end of the current billing period

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mivvo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the Service.

Our total liability to you for all damages shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Termination

Termination by You

  • You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature in your account settings.

Termination by Us

  • We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Effect of Termination

  • Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination.

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through appropriate legal channels.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
